We wouldn’t be anywhere without our people which is why Geoff Adams takes a hands on approach to the development and training of team members.
“When I first got involved in sales, I was looking for something short term, but over time I realised the opportunity to create something far bigger and build something for the future,” says Adams.
At Gateway Marketing Group team members have the opportunity to develop sales and communication skills as well as hone their ability in leadership and team management. The training modules in place set a standard for both team members and management to adhere to providing consistency and great results for all concerned.
With more and more businesses realising the value of direct advertising and with numerous opportunities to continue growing right across the country, Adams says that the room for his people to take on more responsibility and rewards is enormous.
“We’ve really only just scraped the surface, so I’m always on the lookout for that individual who can help take the business to the next level,” declares Adams.
